Palace (largest wooden palace in Asia)
and also enjoy the wonderful view of
the mighty Western Ghats and later arrive
at Kanyakumari. After lunch, proceed
to the jetty to band the ferry to the
Vivekananda Rock Memorial, dedicated
to the famous Indian Philosopher, Swami
Vivekananda . Return to main land to

After lunch at the hotel proceed to Periyar wild life sanctuary which is home to nomadic tribes of wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and more. In the evening go for a boat cruise on the Periyar lake to watch wild animals and return to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 Cochin
After an early breakfast, proceed to Cochin . On arrival at Cochin , check into hotel. After lunch, proceed for sight seeing of Cochin town including Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Dutch Palace and watch the Chinese fishing nets at work. In the evening you can either watch a Kathakali performance or a Kalaripayattu (traditional Keralite martial arts) performance. Overnight at hotel.

After an early breakfast, proceed to Thrissur, a one-stop-shop for Kerala's cultural diversity. In Thrissur you can view the Vadakunathan Temple from outside as non- Hindus are not allowed here. This temple is a classic example of Kerala style architecture and is also the venue of the famous Pooram festival. Proceed to Guruvayoor and on arrival you can visit the famous Guruvayoor Temple . Non-Hindus are not allowed here. There is an entire township centered round the temple. It has exclusive handicraft emporia. You can also visit Punnathorkotta which is home to more than fifty elephants. These elephants are used for ritual purposes at the temple. From Guruvayoor proceed to Cheruthuruthy. Day 3 Cheruthuruthy Calicut
Cheruthuruthy is the seat of the Kerala Kalamandalam, renowned the world over for its Kathakali training center. After breakfast, proceed to Kerala Kalamandalam for a day with the Masters. Here you can have privileged look-ins at the training and also see performers endure a four-hour make-up for a forty-five minute Kathakali portrayal. From Kalamandalam proceed to Calicut . Day 4 Calicut
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Calicut popularly known as Kozhikode including Beypore Port and Kappad Beach . Beypore was a prominent port and fishing harbor located at the mouth of the Chaliyar River . It is also famous for it boat building yard which constructs the Uru (The Arabian Trading vessel) and has a tradition of 1,500 years. Kappad Beach is the historic beach where Vasco-da-Gama landed in 1498. You can also visit a tile factory and Thassva weaving center and shop at S.M.Street. Overnight will be at hotel in Kozhikode .
Day 5 Wayanad
After an early breakfast, proceed to Wayanad. Wayanad with its fast flowing rivers, green hills and a sky of incomparable blue evokes a rare charm.
